There, I've got the year right this time!

Who knew this?

Two endings are filmed in order to ensure that the winner is not revealed in advance. Lord Sugar does not tell the production team and the finalists about the identity of his new business partner until the day before the transmission of the final programme.

Really? Didn't know that. Not quite sure why they bother with filming two endings - must put a bizarre strain on the two finalists to "act" as if they have been fired / hired, particularly if the post-activity boardroom session is clearly pointing one way.

yep, think they do that with a few competition type shows, to limit the risk of leaks about the ending.

I didn't know that, either.

Last night we had a quick look at the BBC website that shows the candidates this year. I'm pleased/sorry to say that they look as stupid and full of themselves as all the candidates in every other series. Just a bunch of inflated egos waiting to be popped.

And I'll still watch all of it.

Wonder who's going to provide this years 'wheels on the bus' or 'let's get on board the groove train' moment...:-)

That seems like a good idea. Thanks to the Great British Betting Scandal, I've known who won GBBO since the first week (although I have to say it's not spoilt my enjoyment of the series, and ditto Apprentice if I ever found out the winner - they are good fun to watch and I'm not a betting man).

I finally weaned myself off The Apprentice after about 6 series. The introduction of Fraud Littner has done nothing to tempt me back!
