telegraph.co.uk I'm surprised he managed to stick it out on that show for 5 years - I managed to watch it for around 2 years before getting bored with it (when Chiles was doing it) and found myself hitting the fast-forward during a lot of the second hour last night. I'm not a massive fan of Vana, but her idea clearly lost her the win - Lord Sugar doesn't strike me as the sort who likes to burn through that sort of cash with (potentially) nothing tangible of any real value at the end of it. Joe won by default with a pretty weak but relatively safe business plan. I can only assume that the intelligent Vana knew from the start that if she was lucky enough to get to the end of the process, she was really pitching to businessmen in the viewing audience rather than to Lord Sugar. |
