I guess running a marathon as fast as possible probably isn't that great for the immune system, so I'm not too disappointed that the decision has been taken out of my hands. What a nightmare for the organisers though.

One more long run in my training plan - done 17, 19 and 2x20 š. In my silly wee heed though I thinking Iād definitely been 3:59:58 š±

I just got my email from Boston, so I'm going to go for it in September. I've got a plan to stay "half marathon ready" for the next few months, then start to ramp it up again nearer the time. Very scientific!
