(although it looks like some weekend runs/races haven't been logged yet so I will be minus something next week!)

Thanks JRD. Physio says I can run slowly for ten minutes from Wednesday...that'll be a mile then! I'm aiming to reach 1200 miles by 2010..
Well done to everyone else; how I envy you and your damn running

Yoh! 1000 miles exactly to go....perfect pacing methinks (unlike what I do on race days.....)
Squeaked in but covered my 101 miles for Feb from just 11-29 Feb, so well pleased. Also tried to ensure they were not junk miles so have started regular intervals/hills i n the mix.
Cutback week for me as I have first race of the year - Brentwood half - on Sunday.
Well done everyone, even 'El bandito' Trumpton....

I do my highest weekly mileage this year and stay in 28th ! I'll have to adopt a stealthy technique for moving up the table...

Thanks JRD. my mileage was reduced in Feb due to ar$3 trouble! hopefully that is rectified and I should be back on schedule for a big total in March.
