After that expect a dramatic slide: after my last big marathon I hardly ran for 2 and half months - it was only really this thread that got my mojo up enough to creep over 100 miles a month (Jan, Feb) before I really hit my straps again.

I'm assuming the booting off is not that serious an idea but I think past performance has to be taken into consideration! People that ran much more than 1200 last year perhaps ought not to be here? People that ran less should be allowed their glory because it's a heck of an achievement. On the other hand, all of the top 6 should go regardless!
