OOh, this is a fun thread, haven't seen this before.

Last week was stellar: my injury is abating; I had done a 20:54 parkrun, fastest for 2 years; I did 35 miles (highest for months); 15 miles "long" run in the hills on Sunday was fab (see blog!); general runs during the week included a club session doing 4 x 5min (1200m?); I went to gym 3 times too; and I got a sports massage.

This week: I've got a cold. Bleurgh. Nothing so far. Best I can hope for is a couple gentle jogs by end of week. Boo! :-) G

I’ve been absent for a couple of weeks. It’s good to see more Fetchies posting 😁
The week that was - long run up to 8 miles and quite a bit of hilly cycling miles
The week that is - more cycling as we explore the west coast of (very cyclist friendly) Scotland. There will be a run or two but distance and frequency are uncertain at this moment in time.

The week that was - similar mileage to last week but due to family stuff not as much commuting. Did two longer runs (13 and 15 miles) with the 15 my longest run since November last year.
The week that is - just building the miles up but with some easy miles on the beach at the weekend

Hope everyone as a good week

The week that was: Marathon recovery. Had wobbly comedy legs on Monday and Tuesday. 3 runs, of 5.5, 9 and 8 miles. Quite a lot of road cycling.
The week that is: A bit more running including a 10k race, some cycling, and at least one swim. I last swam in April 2019. There's an oldies' half price 30min session tomorrow that I've got my eye on.

Week that was, not as expected, 40km and not tapering, just trying to get back.

Week that is, same. Getting back to previous levels of training, then stop and start to taper for my marathon..

Week that was - away from home, got a few runs in but less than 20 miles total as I’ve got a lurgy/hayfever/dose of the cbas ?
This week hasn’t started well, but maybe an extra rest day today will have helped? I must get out for a couple of hours at least tomorrow

and get back to routine
