2nd opinion sought, much better information and knowledge. Orthotics in. Exercises advised. Rest complete. Pilates is my new friend. Feeling positive, shame I had to bail from some races :(

I am currently off with a peroneal tendon injury. Been 9 weeks now which means no London for me 😓

I have took to Swimming and Pilates and also in the process of getting orthotics made up.

Seem to be nearly out the other end, but has been a real problem to shift.

In hindsight, new shoes that caused a massive blister (never happened before), extra mileage and me keeping running on a painful foot until I could no longer put pressure on it prob was the cause!

Lessons learnt and come back stronger is my key 😀

Got something to say?
