Surely you don't need to look any further than the fake breasts?! ;)

Tracey G - Your energy gel ended up in the Runner's World Mile 17 box at the expo (a fact I only discovered when I got home and was sorting gels out). If you do get this message before tomorrow it will be with Group 2 at mile 17 (Mudchute). We should be on the right hand side just after the water station there.

Quick panic, realised I haven't bought the elastic that goes with my garmin heart rate monitor. Normally I carry two with me as I just fill my bag with everything.

Does anyone else happen to have a spare with them I could borrow for tomorrow. I am at the green start but would be happy to meet anywhere and you can have it back at the end of the race or I could post it.

Corndoll, afraid not but to be honest if you don't wear it then it's one less thing to get concerned about on the day. You'll be absolutely fine without it. Good luck :-)

Thanks Tizer, I use it more as a comfort than something to worry about.(If I feel i'm struggling but my heart rate is constant I don't worry and push on.) I'll just have to try to feel positive without it. Good Luck to everyone off to bed now.

I just wanted to come on and say a HUGE thank you to Judders and 1S2F. A friendly pair of faces, a very sweaty jaffa cake and a bottle of coke seriosly saved my life at that point and helped me to finish.

I will see you at Fetchpoint next year...only I will be on the otherside this time!! ;-)
