Big THANK YOU to everyone! Your support was brilliant at mile 13 and unbelievably welcome at mile 22. That was one tough run and you helped me get through it. I'm sorry I couldn't make it to the Chandos afterwards -- family pulled me elsewhere. Been blogging it today ... it might be a long one! Non-sweaty kisses and hugs to you all

Ditto Meglet! I don't think I saw you yesterday, I did see a few runners for your charity but none with a FE on their vest. Should add that I went through halfway in 2.34 and finished in 5.30 -- you can see that I found the second half tough! |

Son of a Pronator Man
JUst back from London and have written my blog on the plane. I'll post it tomorrow. One amazing, unforgettable, brilliant weekend. What am I going to do now that the focus of my every waking minute for the last six months has passed ?

I'm a bit old school and have just finished writing in my training diary (yes, with a pen, so retro), took a long time and still don't think I'll have remembered it all, amazing mad day. Finished in 5:03:42 so really pleased for a first attempt. Lovely photo Meg! |
