As many of you may have guess my second half was somewhat of a nightmare....my right hamstring was tight, my left hip flexor too and my left ITB was screaming at me from mile 15. Limped home in a run-walk style from mile 16, pleased with how I felt in first half, less so in the second. Shame I didn't hit my sub 3:30, but there's always Liverpool in 7 weeks....

What absolute stars Can't believe I went for a toilet break and missed Girlie's pole dance, though Mr minardi showed me the brilliant photo It was lovely to cheer/shout at the runners and meet my fab team members Sorry 3.30 didn't work out SOD, especially as it means no snog from HOD HOD hope your nipples are on the mend today I did pop into the pub and bumped into Girlie there, but Mrs Geo needed food and a seat so we were only there about half an hour. Well done Uyuni and Rob, you both looked like you were flying!
