Afternoon! Was good, indeed, to have someone to run with. Just under an hour banked. Managed to avoid the rain. Very slippery underfoot when off road on fairly liquid mud. Wrong choice of footwear! M80 ran in trail shoes; I didn't. Very wet now. |

Afternoon all She's had an internal scan for gynae probs, blood counts all improving. So today's doc seems to think they'll send her home today and call her for colonoscopy 6-8 weeks, yesterday's doc said 2-4 weeks. Pick the bones out of that,! If she comes home and gets that pain again I think she'll need to call an ambulance and get straight back on case it is the appendix 🤔 But I'm waiting to hear at the moment.. What bit if a walk, will do just a streak saver later Why tbh I feel like I've hit a brick wall today |

Evening! Hope your daughter is okay @Wabo I loved my recent visits to Las Palmas @HazelnutCH Loved having walks on the beach this time having done the touristy stuff on previous visits. Lyrics- no. What- walking, weight training and physio exercises. Why- needed to get back on track with my physio after a few days off it. |
