Has anybody done this before? im due to run 20 miles that week and dont fancy it on my own so am happy to have found this race- whats it like? hilly?

Hi. The 20 is new this year. It is two laps of the original Tarpley 10 which is fairly hilly for Suffolk

Having a crack at this one myself. Looking at the entry list for both 10 and 20 milers, there seems to be a higher percentage of female runners than is usual for races, or am I just imagining it? No complaints incidentally

*Blotts Mate Having checked the details on the site, the new route isn't in fact two laps of the original route. It's the original route with an additional 10 mile separate loop added on. It deveiates off the main route, then rejoins later. Anyway, really looking forward to it
