Crikey, this thread's quiet, considering. I am now 'tapering' ahead of Brussels, but in a spectacular display of wrong headedness, this involves a five mile race on Thursday night, and a half-marathon on Sunday, just a week ahead of the big one. Something about supporting local races. |

Ooh, forgot about this thread. Abingdon was 3:40, about 30 seconds slower than last year. The target autumn marathon turned out to be Berlin and I got my pb of 3:34:00 there. Well done Liz. Good luck for Nice Fitz. |
