Corona Mar 2010 11:27am, 6 Mar 2010 847 posts	Corona a very enjoyable parkrun, 2 laps flatish. Bullied Excitabubble to a new season best. Cake at the finish too And a cafe on site. We'll be back, probably in the summer. Big thanks to the organisers and volunteers

If so, thank you to your and your running partner (wife) for your help and motivation this morning. If I had not run with for the majority of the way I know I would have walked a lot sooner than I did and for a lot longer. PS I was wearing the Pirate Buff
