Went to wake up LittleD and she tells me she is not feeling well and 'feels like she's going crazy'. She can't seem to say any more and I don't really know what to do other than work from home and try and be there to listen if she wants to talk.

It is hard Linds. This has been as bad a week as I can remember for us but she’s up and studying today. No chance of school yet but she’s definitely more engaged. And we are going to internet shop for pencils for my nieces birthday later

Glad it's improving slightly for you. I wish she would talk. It's making me so anxious. I'm a talker, so I struggle with understanding when people won't or can't. I'm also a fixer and I know that's not necessarily helpful here.

Daft question maybe but is it possible the change in clocks plus miserable weather is a factor?

(((Linds))) Just being there is enough. She will have the security of knowing you are there even if she cannot express herself.

I find putting finger food in little bowls and chatting about stocking presents both effective ways in when all hope is lost. School pastoral lady has just rung and made me cry by calling teen a cracking kid

Possibly sk. I think lack of sleep is a big factor. We are still not managing the mobile phone at night
