Elevation profile was fine on today's ride

Fetch - on today's run, elevation varied between about 105 and 155m. On Monday's it was more like 85 to 105. The graph scale is 0 to 500.

My HR on the long run averaged 140, which is 70% WHR (min 45, max 180 - the graph scale runs 40 to 180).

My pace varied from about 10:30 to 15 mins/mile, average 13:35, but the graph runs from 5 to 16 mins/mile

This is very similar to the strava graph, which is not a bad thing.
strava has the elevation as solid grey at the bottom, with the pace graph superimposed as a line. You can then add HR and cadence lines by toggling them on and off.

No idea if that is easy to 'code' (see, I know the lingo!), but allows a clear view of the separate components according to what the user wants to see. The scale adjusts as the bits are added or removed.

Somebody has probably already said this, but my attention span is particularly short and I haven't read back.

Thanks - I can see the elevation issue. We're stuck here at 30m above sea level in Bedford, so it's less of an issue - but I should be able to sort that. I wanted to avoid a simple min%gt;max scale because it would make it hard to compare flat runs with bumpy ones.

Sorting out my December giveaway-fest today - I think I've got about a grands worth of prizes to dish out :-)

Woohoo! Be sure to look after the people who give you best feedback about training log pages and such, won't you? ;-)

Ultimately for comparison of flat runs with bumpy ones, an axis (with units) and a brain are the best method. I'd hate to see all of our elevation graphs squashed down just because somebody else runs in the Alps now and again.

Just looked at this for the first time. Why does my pace graph have dotted line sections? (I was cycling, if that makes any difference)

dotted lines means you weren't moving much at some point. Traffic lights?

Just done 8*660m (lamp posts, straight road, no obstacles, odd distance), 60 secs rest, looks ok, even with the dottedlines.
