A birdbath is the best idea - if you put some rocks/stones in the middle (to make a lot of little hidey-holes) and some pebbles round the edge a lot of wildlife will thank you for it. Are buzzards likely to come into a domestic garden round your way? The ones we see prefer the open countryside but their Spanish cousins might be bolder I suppose.

I'm enjoying all the suggestions π LD, that actually sounds quite nice! But no, I don't think Buzzards would actually land in our garden (or pick off our Jack Russell π) even though we live in the country. |
