Suggestion: Tracking Sleep

On paper it's the easiest thing do do but may of us fail to be well rested. Personally I usually get about 6 hours during the week. If there is interest, could we have a field to track hours slept on Fetch? Over time I'm pretty sure we might see that we mostly get injured or don't see any gains when we are lacking sleep. Thoughts?

Ness Jan 2013 4:05pm, 27 Jan 2013 5,125 posts	0 Ness LOL @ AC. I think it might be interesting. During the week, I get up at 5 most mornings to fit in a training run before work. Wonder if I should be training at another time of day , and if I'm getting enough sleep.
