With a good nights sleep, you are better recovered, build muscle, don't store fat.

On paper it's the easiest thing do do but may of us fail to be well rested. Personally I usually get about 6 hours during the week. If there is interest, could we have a field to track hours slept on Fetch? Over time I'm pretty sure we might see that we mostly get injured or don't see any gains when we are lacking sleep.

Thoughts?

LOL @ AC.

I think it might be interesting. During the week, I get up at 5 most mornings to fit in a training run before work. Wonder if I should be training at another time of day , and if I'm getting enough sleep.

It might be a little stressful for me if I start obsessing with bed hours the way that I do about mileage.:-)

There's a 'cross training - rest' category.

Unless I'm doing something wrong, I don't find the custom filters much use. I used to use that to track weight before Fetch added a tracker for that.

Got something to say?
