I remember the best piece of advice offered to me was MTFU. |

But having both sets of timings in the training log and graphs would show whether I was getting better or worse at M-ingTFU. |

Doesn't work on runs where you are navigating as Chris says. There is also stopping to cross roads, to go for a pee etc. I don't use autopause so I can make the decision whether I want those seconds included or not. Can you manually pause or not pause Chris? |

Rather than having planned workouts and actual workouts shown separately is there some way of linking them once completed? |

I can turn autopause off. I can stop the clock when I want to, though that mangles lap lengths. I can also add the time stopped to the total time of the run. But I would like to see both times recorded and displayable. |

Maybe answered before but....on the old training log there used to be a 'button' on the side of the page which I think said 'prefer kilometres'. Can I still switch somehow? Can't find a 'button' anymore. Thanks, WW |
