I ran lunchtime, had lunch as usual and now all of a sudden I have blurred vision in my left eye...any link?

No pain just really affecting my focus etc.

I get that sometimes while running, I always thought it was just that watery type stuff your eye produces (cry stuff) running over it?

Get to the Doctor or optician and get it checked out. It may be something simple but then what if it isn't.

does sound like migraine with visual aura, but I'd still be happier if someone looked at your eye

I get that occasionally, did it kinda look like this FS?

allaboutvision.com

I've had it four or so times, usually after a very heavy workout. Last time I had one was last week funnily enough, after a hard-core circuits class involving lots of pull ups. Came and went within about 30 minutes or so.

The time before that, about two and a half years ago, it turned into a 3 day migraine and it took weeks for my vision to go back completely to normal. Always freaks me out when it does happen.

I went to the doctor during the three day migraine episode and they were shit. Totally uninterested, told me not to exercise so hard and stopped my prescription for the pill without giving me any alternative. He just wanted to get me out of the office as fast as possible, even when I told him my Mum has had a history of TIA's.
