um, marathon training so loads of long runs, I think, Scribbler. I was just over 8min a mile which was on target, but took 9min on the 5th mile because of a rotten headwind but bombed the last mile because my legs still felt like they had loads in them. Wasn't even knackered at the end for a change!
Sorry I couldn't give you a quickfix answer. But you can always try SIS berry flavour gel with caffeine.
