My marathon PB is 2 x HM PB + 21 minutes. Both are appropriate lifetime PBs for my age and ability.

x2 plus 8 minutes here. Maybe my shorter distance times are soft, but having said that the 10K time very nearly killed me. Horrible!

I think I was in about 1:45 shape (maybe slightly faster?) when I ran 3:54, so that would give me 2 x half + 24. I think I'd always need +20 minutes so i reckon I've gotta be in 1:40 shape or thereabouts for a sub 3:45, maybe even slightly faster (yikes!)
