LOL... it's very odd for me as I have loved the freedom of being totally gadgetless too.

Oh and I need new shooooez - I have poked through the big toe are on my right foot this week! How did I adopt a run style where my big toe pokes up when I run!!?? LOL

LOL.. lost in the flat lands! Arrgghhhhh

I'm glad it's not just me with the odd toe running syndrome! ;-)

Well today's adventure was reasurring - average pace of 10.11 - I am well chuffed with that as I thought I was still plodding out 11-12min miles on a long run - progress, that's all I can ask for init :-)

LOL I just looked over the stats - the difference between "moving" time and overall run time obviosuly allows you to calculate how long it takes for a wee break - totally hilarious to me!! LOL.. A PBP - personal best pee(break) is what I need to work up to now as well as other targets LOL!!

Yey to the two sunday's Laura! :-)

Thanks for the comments - as a slowbie by nature it's just nice to see improvement

It's easier (some days!!!) to be speedy on the flat of east angular.. if I had the real off road stuff to play on then I'd love to get some progress with speed. I still tink Yarkyman is going to be interesting - I dont actually think I can get under 3hrs to be honest but an improvement would be nice to see
