I'm hoping to do one in a fortnight, not a fast course and haven't run one since 1990... figure high 1:30s but nervous about pushing it all the way. Barely got up to 30mpw and that's about all I can handle these days. Did one over distance run the other day, 14.6 miles which is the furthest I've ever run. Left my shins a bit dodgy but I think I've managed to get that back under control. Did a session of 2x2M on a canal towpath at just under 7' mile pace and really want to see that improve.
