Stupid Turbo Trainer Question

pinkladykat Oct 2012 6:57pm, 15 Oct 2012 7,604 posts	0 pinkladykat hello i have got a turbo trainer frist time on it tonight it is a cheap one does not say how fast im going or how many miles im going . but my question is do i use my own gears on it as there is a a thing that goes from the back to the handel bars to make it harder too , and is it to be loud thank you for your help
