My personal favourites are Boo Moore (American baseball player), Adolf Lu Hitler Marak (Indian politician) and Brfxxccxxmnpcccclllmmnprxvclmnckssqlbb11116 (named as a protest against the Swedish law which bans stupid names). There is also a story in Freakonomics about parents who named their baby girl Shithead (pronounced sh'-teed), but it is probably made up.
