I decided not to risk the 20 mile race I had signed up for, but instead did a local training run, 16 with a mate and 4 on my own. Scheduled a loo stop after a mile and it did the trick. I'll be back at the docs in two weeks for more tests. Sorry to hear others are struggling with it too. |

quick google of runners trots shows 20-50% of runners get it, find out where the bushes are on your routes and trial and error with food before running, ie I now know I have to avoid eating handfuls of maltesers on an empty stomach before running! |
