I was going to post a recipe but I've lost it.

My friend made a chick pea curry which was delicious and the mystery weird ingredient was blue cheese.

(I hate Stilton but would never have known it was in the dish.)

Will post if she re-sends it soon.

Thanks so far gang.

Having just had my tea, I maybe no longer have quite as much as I did when I posed the question. We've also polished off a box of crackers and four small onion batons from Co-Op. Between three of us. One of whom is two years old.

I love the sound of that bread and butter pudding!

I cannot stand Stilton. However, my absolute favourite pie is chicken, broccoli and Stilton. Gorgeous. And not too Stilton-y. I buy it from the pie shop but I can imagine its pretty bog standard to make.
