Sticky scrolling on Chrome Android?

Is it just me or has scrolling down pages on here recently got"sticky" and less rapid on Chrome using Android devices? Last week or so this seems to have been the case. Could just be me. I'm on Android 7.0, Chrome 62. |

I haven't noticed this with Chrome 62.0 on 7.1.1. Are you a paying user? Just wondering if it's something to do with ads, so I wouldn't be seeing it.
