Fierce and Focused Fleecy
I got the decorating started and it's a third of the way through. I've been meaning to get this done for a couple of years now so this is great! Not only that, but I have got the decorating done in a timescale which I feel comfortable with, instead of maximum chaos in minimum time, so I have started being more assertive too :)

Oh, and I have done yoga every day except for 2. Yay me! This is a record!!

I am doing OK with my ‘reinstate lunchtime gym sessions’. Last week was not good, but now I’ve re-arranged some stuff that should make it easier.

Not doing so well with my secret thing which was in fact ‘do more on Sundays to prepare for the week ahead.’ (Told you it was deeply boring.) Possibly because even the fact that I wasn’t willing to publicly commit to it suggests an element of self sabotage right from the start...

(Note to self. Stop self sabotaging things.)

Or possibly stop berating yourself to do stuff on your weekend when work is greedy enough already ;-)
