Glad you're enjoying it Shortcut Cam. There's a new series due out some time in December so hopefully you can be all caught up in time for that.

I'm enjoying Disco S3. Much more fun than the others. Michelle Yeoh and Grudge are good fun.

I enjoyed the expanse S2/3 more than 1. 4 was ok, but the political machinations on earth dragged quite a lot and detracted from the other storylines I thought. The mars storyline was good though

Fozzy Have you read the Expanse books? Season 4 was very different tot he earlier seasons but it still fit within that universe I thought. Stick with it for Season 5, which is out on Wednesday I think.

Nellers, no I haven't. I understand though that the character of Camina Drummer is expanded on TV and takes some of the plot lines from another character. I'm told the rest is pretty faithful to the books |

Drummer isn't even a character in the books. She's been used to combine a couple of other characters plots, and I must say she's worked really well for me. Despite being a reader of the books, she's one of my favourites in the series. Plot-wise it's pretty faithful, although inevitably some of the side-plots and details are lost. |

According to Wikipedia, she is in book 7. So she might have been added to the books *after* the TV series had started and they amalgamated some other characters for it. She's probably the best character in the series! |

Yeah, book 7 wasn't published until after she'd been in the series I guess.

I just saw the final episode of The Mandalorian. Loved it, and the final 5 minutes left me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. Proper Star Wars ending. I've really enjoyed this show. I've had to revise my view on S3 Disco because it has plunged back into the Terran Universe, which is like the worst BDSM cosplay convention ever and completely toy and ridiculous. |
