Not as fast as I was this time last year, Flanker I've not actually raced since September (badly), apart from the New York Marathon That Never Was, so I'm really not sure where I am. Other than undertrained.

In a similar position, not properly raced since nov so not sure where I am at, Sometimes I have pulled a good time out the bag and surprised myself without having done much fast stuff but for some reason I am not feeling very confident !! |
