mile muncher Nov 2009 9:00pm, 15 Nov 2009 784 posts	0 mile muncher Managed a 4 minute PB today of 1:48, coached mercilessly by FF. Tried (and failed quite brilliantly) to keep with the 1:45 pacers. Thanks to the fetchies on the hill (both times) today. the pom poms and whistles were great and made me smile, although i was dying inside. Good to see my regular fetchie friends and meet new ones. Loads of PBs or successful races today - brilliant!
