St Magnus Marathon Orkney

amsters Feb 2017 11:25pm, 5 Feb 2017 7 posts	0 amsters Anyone doing the St Magnus Marathon? I ran the St Magnus Marathon last year, having just moved to Orkney. It is a point to point race, starting from Kirkwall's St Magnus Cathedral, and finishes at the Birsay Community Hall. The marathon was everything I expected, fantastic scenery, great atmosphere. This year they are having a 10k on the same day, which will be good for those who don't fancy the distance of a marathon. I enjoyed the marathon so much I will be doing this again this year.
