I'm looking to enter this for next year and noticed that the website said discount for entry before January 2013. I printed a form off to send a chq by snail mail and said form says £19; however the online entry says £18. I sent an email to the organiser who has just replied saying "At this late stage, the entry fee by post/on the day is £19". 6 months beforehand and it counts as "late stage"

T'is ok - I've just had an email responding to my "late stage" query - he's getting confused with the pumpkin run! So if anyone would like to do the Pumpkin Run - there are entries on the day

I'm causing enough trouble as it is, without querying his calendar The early bird discount only applies to online applications but "they" add over 10% for the joy of applying online. My inner scrooge has kicked in and so a cheque will be going by snail mail.

Perhaps he didn't want to set up a race for a Tuesday next year but didn't want to call it Saddam Hussein Birthday Run or International Workers Memorial Day Race?
