Snap! Essentially working full time, single mum, hardly even training these days - totally shattered constantly! That's life :(

Me too - I love those advice based things you read that tell you not to train if you feel tired, if I took this advice I'd never move lol.

I'm ALWAYS tired!!!

I get up at 5:30 to squeeze my swimming in before work...work long days and busy on calls, try and run or bike after work and/or at weekends, dont go to bed early enough, and drink so much coffee I can't sleep properly anyway

I fall asleep all the time when I'm not supposed to (meetings, at computer etc etc)

:-)

I take Feroglobin liquid iron daily which you can get from supermarkets. It doens't mess your stomach up like tablets do.

I am so tired at the moment it's ridiculous but I'm under a lot of pressure at work & have been travelling quite a bit, working late every night and studying law in my 'spare time' something has had to give & unfortunately it's mainly my running but I've struggling breathing when I run and its not making running as much fun as it normally is.

I'm back on iron & vitamin supplements hoping they work.

Muddie
I was very anaemic two or three years ago. Came to light when I went to give blood. I thought I was just stressed and unfit! But I'm sure the doc mentioned the possibility of heart failure :-O
I was dismayed at the time to find out that tea inhibits the absorption of iron :-O :-O
So there was less tea and more orange juice, with the tablets.
Not that this helps you D2D. Sorry. Maybe try the Feroglobin as per PQ.
Best of luck anyway

Stumpy
Spatone is good too. Delayed the need for iron tabs for me in preg by about 2 months. And doesn't upset your tummy.
