I bought just the 10 for £80. That's a bit of a bargain.

I got one a few months back off wiggle for £80 after having a voucher off them. Its okay if you want a real basic GPS watch but that is all I was after. I have got a 305 but my sister inlaw uses that and with me having thin wrist it did look like a brick strapped to my wrist where as the Forerunner 10 does look like a watch.

Is there a basic "what is the right Garmin for you" thread? I've looked but not spotted one yet...

(ideally looking for one with GPS and built-in HRM, but not planning on doing any cycling / tri so it doesn't need to be waterproof / mountable)

110 or 305, then.

305's discontinued now, I believe, but they're still out there.

110's got a Bezel to control it so it's a bit fiddly with gloves. 305's a lot chunkier but has two big buttons for stop/go and lap. 305's built for multisport, though, whereas 110's a simple runner's watch with GPS. Both do heart rate if you buy an additional strap.

The 110, 210, 610 all have HRM. The 110 is the most basic of the three, the 210 is able to do interval training and the 610 is the most expensive and can do just about everything except make the tea
