I love Stef's enthusiasm and commitment! I fancy having a go at this but I'm not a strong runner. The most I tend to cover is 10K in a session. Am I right in thinking I could make up the weekly deficit with walks? |

AtC - as far as I can tell, the whole thing is based on a kind of "honour code" and you log your own mileage each day. You can do this automatically (by linking to your account on the dreadful orange site) or you can do it manually by uploading your miles covered each day. So although there's is an emphasis on "runs" there is nothing to stop you deciding to log miles walked each day. On the Tennessee event I'm doing at the moment, some entrants are logging only running and some are logging running and walking. |

Looks a decent run out doesn’t it? I’d only ever considered that way. I need to get us entered up

Thanks Synge, that's good to know. I don't want to inadvertently be breaching the rules, or not doing it in the way intended. It'll still be a challenge to cover the miles, whether running or walking!
