Bloody hell what have I started? Do any of you work ;-) OK my next question is the Immodium option. It sounds like the way to go for a race however isn't one of the side effects of immodium de-hydration???

I promise my next post will be cleaner :)

Le Greg - new improved recipe
Is it? Never noticed it. It would be surprising though, that a drug to cure diarrhoea would aggravate one of the key effects of it.

I'm with No. 8 on this one. Get up in time to go before you go - but take tissue/wipes/backpack-a-loo with you. If you are in the country, no probs, if you are in town, make sure there are plenty of pubs / McDonalds etc on the way.

OK the good news is that de-hydration isn't listed as a side effect of Imodium only the following are:

Constipation, Abdominal cramps, Dry mouth, Drowsiness, Fatigue ,Dizziness, Nausea and vomiting, Bloating. Sorted then Imodium before the next race. OK now what topic should I bring up for my next post?????

bloating

fine line

you have to take enough immodium to bung you up, BUT, you need to let the wind out during a race, or it can be painful

so i never take more than 2
about 3 hours before race, and after i have pooed 3 times

there you go

Ask nom8-he seesm to enjoy filth;)
