Cabletow and Davie have it right. Stop running on your toes and the calves will stop hurting. Running on your toes is different to landing on your forefoot BTW. |

Pootle, who cares what "white van man" thinks or does with his hooter. He might not understand what compression socks are all about, but EVERYONE understands what white van man is about. I'd rather be seen in compression socks than a white van. |
