Hilly socks are my preference or More Mile cheap as from Start Fitness for training runs.

I can't find ones that don't give me blisters at the side of my foot!!! between the toes are fine. Compeeds don't work, thinking I may need to buy wide fitting trainers.

newbalance.co.uk have wide fitting trainers (sorry don't know how to do the link thingy), think I might order a pair and try them
