Hi, has anyone run or planning to run the Snowdonia Trail Marathon? Any advice on the event, gratefully received. I'm trying to get to the start line in as good shape as possible after picking up hamstring tendinopathy and tight hip flexor from trying to get back to training too soon after London Marathon, hit hills too much after a week of short recovery runs and not letting the body recover enough
