I also found it tough to pace myself and was hoping to run somewhere around 3:45:00 but came in at 3:25:45 so although happy with my time I just hope I can recover quickly and get ready for Athens in two weeks time which is the one I have trained for!

Still recovering from knee injury sustained falling on Snowdon International descent, so only one long run of 13 miles. Meant i could just enjoy the views and the atmosphere of the UK's best marathon. See you all next year for another coaster. This is The Race to do, at least once in your running life
