Happy enough as I had back and flute issues from 14 m. Chester still in my legs from 3 weeks ago. Cracking day for it though. Apart from the wind in the second half- brrrr, still much nicer than previous years!!!

2012 was the year to run Snowdonia, the views were awesome. Just sneaked another sub-4 to complete the October triple. Also found the breeze from Beddgelert a bit tough, but I was flying until then.

I found it hard tks run slower than 8mm for first 15 miles. Waunfawr was a killer but happy with 3.51.53
spectacular day for it ;-)
