Local shop actually had some in, so got one for £1.50 and will try it on Sunday's run.

The Torq rhubard & custard flavour is actually quite nice... ..for a sweet, sticky gel..! |

Particularly in the winter, when my hands get cold, I have to ask random passerby to open my gels. To date everyone's been very kind

I don't use gels, Shotblox sometimes, last packet I opened them before I began the run then you can squeeze them out one by one. I do love Rhubarb and custard boiled sweets, and also often use dextrose tabs too - easy to eat and carry, and cheap as chips
