sarabop Sep 2013 9:26pm, 12 Sep 2013 2,360 posts	0 sarabop I don't use gels, Shotblox sometimes, last packet I opened them before I began the run then you can squeeze them out one by one. I do love Rhubarb and custard boiled sweets, and also often use dextrose tabs too - easy to eat and carry, and cheap as chips
