Anyone? I've got a 5 mile race tomorrow and 10k Sunday but thinking of squeezing this in too. Just how boring is it? |

Not as boring as running a half marathon on it surely  Though I don't remember much of the last 4-5miles of that as I really was ready to pass out...

Yep, on the circuit Don't know whether it's worth turning out for. Would just be another race on the calendar for me... although, completely flat, ran by Silson Joggers who are a nice lot and local to me plus only £12... what am I whinging about! |

I like it. Done it twice. May well have a go on Wednesday as well if I've nothing else on. I quite enjoy picking out the racing line and pretending to be a car Brrrrmmmm Brrrrrrmmmmmmm |

I'm doing it no idea how my legs will fare post-VLM but will give it a try. Had a reasonabloe parkrun on Sat morning and am enjoying the shorter stuff again after mara training! Never done this before, did the half a few years ago and was quite exposed so hoping it won;t be too wet / windy!

I've got lots of shorter distance races coming up - 5 mile, 10k, 10k, 5k, 10k, 10k, off-road Half Mara then considering Boddington Marathon July 1st... I don't mind packing the shorter distance races in as I recover so well that they don't affect me, just enjoy it all
