I remember taking a bullet in 1917 fired from a Leuchtturm by a German sniper. My filofax, tucked inside my jacket pocket saved my life that day.

Holy heck, I've just googled bullet journals.

A programming language for note taking? No thanks, I'm out!

Having now unwrapped my new Bullet Journal and read the 8 page guide it is safe to say that I didn’t know what I was buying - it’s not just a notebook. Having watched a couple of YouTube videos I will now delete Microsoft To Do from all devices as I’ll no longer require it.

I use an 'ordinary' dotted Leuchtturm1917. Works well for me.

Just so I don't go and embarrass myself, can I just check, a dotted Leuchtturm1917 is one of those ginger bread chocolate biscuit things you get in Lidl at Christmas, yes?

Only once it's past it's best before date Nicholls.

There's no dots or spots if you eat it before it goes off.

I'm still *trying* to be paperless. I'm just very good at ignoring electrical to-do lists.

Sorry but a list is not a list unless written down

It’s also proven that writing stuff means you are more likely to remember it
So note taking on paper is far superior to electro note taking. When I did my degree and the years late (both way past finishing school) I would write notes then type up!

Even as an ict/computing teacher I wrote notes and now post teaching I write everything for work!
