Just started building up my running as a beginner and I have a constant 'pulling' sensation in my left leg above my ankle, not just when I am running. There is no pain, but it feels a bit like something is caught on something else. Hard to explain! Do I carry on running and expect it will ease over time?

Welcome to Fetch. It's difficult to say as there are various things that this could be caused by and a physio or other professional who can examine you would be the best person to advise. Pulling suggests some tightness and a sports massage can help with that.

Maybe consider taking a few days rest from running and see if it makes any difference.
