what type and where is the best place to get training shoes for road running and about what price am i looking to pay ?

Now that is a big question!
If you are a complete beginner, then find a proper running shop, explain your needs and take their advice.
Don't go to the local sportswear shop, the fashion type ones.

You should probably pay at least £60, but you can pay much more, and once you know what you want you can often find good deals on the internet for less.

If you have a branch of Sweatshop anywhere near you they will give you a video analysis for free. Most of their shops also have a footbalance machine that scans your feet. They also give you a 30 day guarantee so you can take them back after 4 weeks of wearing them if they're not right for you.
