Pain right in the middle of the front of my right shin. Right foot is the one that overpronates most - I wear motion control shoes to rectify this.

Ran TR24 at the weekend with much hill running, and a hill-sprints session on Tuesday. Since yesterday I've had a general pain which is worst when I bend my ankle to bring my toes upwards.

Do I want to be doing complete rest, or sticking mainly to the flat for a week or so? Seems OK to jog on it.

Does it look bruised or hurt when you press on it.

I would advise taking a few days off running

No bruise or pain under pressure. Definitely not a stress fracture.

Sounds like it could be shin splints, DeeGee.

Looks like I'm giving it a rest, then...
